What's your favorite laying side?

What's your favorite laying side, while sleeping?

I found this http://www.steadyhealth.com/Laying_on_left_side_causes_indigestion_t109580.html

Some people are complaining about complications they experienced while sleeping by laying on the left side
and reminds me of The Prophet's SAW way of sleeping.

It's a sunnah to lay on the right side while sleeping, and of course even better if you are facing the kiblat and putting your right cheek on the right palm (sunnah).

Why the right side?

Our hearts are placed in the left side of the body (except very few on the right side), so while we are sleeping on the left side, the heart will be in a relax position where most likely make us too comfortable causing overslept and missing our Fajr prayer.

While The Prophet SAW taught us to lay on the right side so that we are not too comfortable in sleeping (either side is comfortable though), helping us to wake up on the 1/3 of the end night easier. We get better chance to wake up early and prostrating ourselves to Allah SWT.

It is said a muslim who wakes up early performing Tahajjud prayer will be much more productive on the day than those who don’t.
A video which briefly explains the above statement :

Even scientific researches on the Tahajjud prayer found out that is a good therapy. Healthier lifestyle as to say. (Gotta dig more details on these.) But of course the purpose you are praying is solely for Allah SWT. Gotta set our nawaitu straight first.
